How should I take it?
Start with half a serving to assess your tolerance. Mix one full serving (serving size is listed on the label) with 8–12 oz of cold water and drink it 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one full serving in 24 hours, skip other caffeine sources that day, and avoid taking it within 6 hours of sleep.
Is it suitable for beginners?

Why do I feel a tingling sensation?
